After spending several months looking on the internet for the
Best Deal on an ATV, we decided to stop in at The Power Lodge
in the Mille Lacs area. As soon as we walked in to the
store, we were met by Chad Funt. Chad
is one of those laid back country type of guys who is in no rush to
sell you anything so we talked about why we were looking at ATV's
and what we wanted it for. We
explained to him how we would be using it for pulling a log splitter
in the woods and how we feed the deer in our area so the ATV would
come in handy for that also. As we were
talking I had asked about using an ATV for plowing snow in the
winter and he gave me several good suggestions.
In all honesty, I did my homework; I
already knew what I wanted in an ATV and I found what I thought was
the best price but we were passing though the area so we decided to
see what the people at The Power Lodge had to say.
After our visit with Chad and talking about hunting in the area,
cutting wood, making trails and driving on trails, I asked him
what would be his best price on the AVT that we had in mind.
Chad shot me a price that was $500.00 lower then I expected to pay
for a lesser machine from the other guy.
Needless to say, we purchased our new Polaris
ATV from Power Lodge in Mille Lacs. Chad also set us up with
the best deal on a brush grill and installed it for free.
If you are in the market for an
ATV, Boat, Trailer, Dock, or a Snowmobile; Do your homework.
Spend several weeks doing searches on the internet and when you are
ready to buy, talk to Chad Funt at Power Lodge in Mille Lacs. or
check with them at one of their other stores in Brainerd or Mora
area for the best price around.
